Anna Hazare Functioning Under Instigation Of BJP: V Narayanasamy

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs V Narayanasamy todayclaimed that the social activist Anna hazar was acting under theinitiative of the BJP at a time when the Prime Minister had taken steps to combat corruption and Lokpal bill will be presented in the coming parliamentary session.

"Anna hazar acting at the request of the BJP, as seen by Annahazar BJP leader LK Advani group meeting yesterday," he toldreporters here.

He noted that the UPA government as part of efforts to combatcorruption has created 54 special courts across the country andplanned to establish 71 more than the opposite situation, when theBJP-led NDA was in power "if nothing was done to combatcorruption. "

"One can now see corruption thriving country and thereforedecided to BJP BJP has no right to talk about corruption," he said

With reference to the increase in cases of crimes against womenin Uttar Pradesh, he said law and order in the country was a "shambles" and demanded that Prime Minister Mayawati's efforts to ensure the protection of women in our country.

Uma Bharti Returned To BJP After 6 Years Of Split Today

Uma Bharti returned to BJP after 6 years of split today on June 7, 2011. Uma Bharti, who was thrown out from BJP in 2005 for indisciple has been returned to BJP after 6 years of split on Tuesday. BJP president Nitin Gadkari invited Uma Bharti back into the party as he made the announcement at the BJP headquarters in Delhi.

Party president Nitin Gadkari at a press conference declared that she will be asked to help revive the BJP in Uttar Pradesh ahead of the state’s elections next year. Ms Uma Bharti, who was also served as a union minister in the NDA government, was upset about being removed as Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh and made repeated attempts to challenge the authority of Shivraj Singh Chouhan who was appointed to head the state government at the end of 2005.

According to sources, Uma said that she wanted to forget the past and make a new beginning. “I want to forget the last 5 years I have spent out of BJP. We will work hard to take up from Ram Mandir to Ram rajya,” she said.

Uma Bharti, who has been one of the leading advocates of building a grand Ram temple at the disputed site in Ayodhya where Babri Masjid once stood, has returned to the party just as it is getting ready for the Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. The state is scheduled to elect a new Assembly in 2012.
