Hello,
I was at Milpitas gathering tonight. Here is a question I wanted to ask there, but ran out of time.
Most of the immigration related bills introduced in house/senate we thought would pass were denied because one or two clauses in there that they didn't like. Is it possible to exclude stuff like increasing H1 visas and include it in a separate bill; that we may have better chance in getting green card bills passed.
It was just my thought.

If you adv only for 2 years experience, you will get lots of response and its another headache and time consuming process.
Right, but it would be safe. I mean if this was his first case it was worth the chance but he has already lost time and money so I think he wants 0 risk this time.

Shawn Kumar, is that you? It must be you. Only you can have such bad English even after living in US for so many years. See how many grammatical mistakes I picked in your post in a cursory glance. Ravi may have worse ethics than you, but his English is (relatively) better. Mona is too smart to bother posting such a pathetic advertisement for the company on the Internet, (it doesnt work), and the last punter in your band of thieves, Ravinder is plain idiot.
So Shawn, here is my advise to you. Why dont you spend some of your ill gotten wealth and join some coaching classes for English language skills. Its a pity there are no such classes for character building, because that is the one you need most.
Great...its really a good catch. is it your 2 cents?

I just came back from the rally to Dallas and sad to leave all my IV friends that I finally got to meet today! The rally was a very successful event and the positive energy was amazing! We come from many different places and are from different disciplines, but we share a common heart. A heart that beats for America, and we will not let that heart stop beating! The only option is victory now! We are well on our way, together!!!!
A big thank you to everyone who attended rally. Go IV.

To Admin and all,
I think this is useless thread. Military is something sensetive many expressed their concern about the safety working in Military which is ridiculous beyond any comprehension .
Please remember there may be many US citizen whose near and dear ones are serving military, may had been severly wounded or even lost their lives in line of duty. Only they can feel the pain.
This kind of thread may create flare of anti-immigrant sentiment against us. This may also give sites like numberusa or zazona reason to support their cause.
PLEASE ABSTAIN FROM WRITING ANYTHING that may hurt others and eventualy hurt us.

I am working on EAD and its been over 75 days since i filed for my renewal. I applied on June 15.
According to the processing time update, as of August 15 NSC has done processing for the I-765 application filed on or before March 31.
This means that USCIS takes 137 days to process I-765 application. Since USCIS accepts I-765 application just within 120days of expiration, officially no one can expect to get their EAD renewed within their expiration even if they applied on time.
People like me working on EAD have to loose job every time we apply for EAD renewal. (expect those luck few who get their EAD within 15,20 or 30 days..)
Published dates are outdated dates. Generally you get your EAD at/around 60 days. If you pass 90 days, you are entitled for an Infopass.

The blue card is like H1B - temporary work visa. I dont think it will lead to migration in hordes from the US. Only people who dont win the H1B lottery will settle for the blue card.
For folks who are in the US for the long haul ( stuck in retrogression GC applicants ;)), EU still does not offer an alternative.
From what little I read about the blue card, it seemed it is much from than a H1B. You have more mobility in the sense that it is not tied to a particular employer. You work in your field with whomever is willing to hire you. This is not like the H1B. And you automatically become a permanent resident after a few maybe 5 yrs of employment. Again not like H1B. Years on H1B does not help you get GC any sooner.

I asked the finger printing person what does match error mean and this is what she said, first they take all four fingers and then they take individual fingers, during that process it tries to match with the corresponding finger previously taken, they atlease need 50-60 % match. if not they take it again.so nothing to worry about.

Most companies have a web based letter that you can auto-generate and print on a compnay letter head. I would guess that this might suffice with pay stubs.
What do do other members think? This is a common issue of the company hiding behind a 'process' not to file a 485. Can this work??

Flower campaign is fine...but you cannot use data from public websites to support your argument.
To do it correctly, you want data to come from USCIS. In which case you are seeking proof or incorrect bahaviour from the agency that you think if at fault...Good luck with ..and esp. since its USCIS...

Guys
I am in similar situation.
I am currently on EAD and PD is Nov'2002
I have my labor applied in EB3 and required education / experience listed in the labor is bachelors and 2 yrs.
SOC code is listed as 030062010 and I see that it falls under JobZone-5
Based on the above post from "GoneSouth", JobZone-5 is eligible for EB2
Can anyone tell if my application can be amended ? If yes, whats the process ?
Thanks
